He is broad and low to the ground. Long dark hair, stringy and wet from sweat and neglect. A swath of yellow paint smeared haphazardly across his face. An undisciplined smear of red paint across his hairy, barrel chest. One fist a mess of yellow ink. The other a horror of red. Snarling, drooling, primal and hungry. 

His trunks are simple and well worn. Black. With smudges of the red ink his chest and hands bear all about them. His boots are equally simple. A faded, beaten red with black smears and smudges about them.
