Caucasian with lighter complexion, brown hair and eyes. Hair is a bit past shoulder length, but bald on top, forming a natural skullet hairstyle. Sports a chest-length hobo beard. Ample body hair is spread across his chest, belly, arms, shoulders and back.

He has many tattoos. Right arm is a full sleeve of Lovecraftian cosmic horror, extending from top of the shoulder to the mid-forearm. Just a chaotic mass of eyes and teeth and tentacles, blacks, greys, reds, purples. The logo from the cover of Sleep’s Holy Mountain on his left shoulder, along with a variety of smaller tattoos to fill the space. The left forearm has a single black curved sickle on the outside. Dark green cannabis leaf on right pec/shoulder, Grim Reaper on left side over the ribs, scorched black anatomically correct heart over left pec, â€�"INDIANA” printed in black over the abs, Adam Levine Superbowl performance style, hanging over a black inverted cross with the bottom portion of the state making up the lower portion, positioned over the navel. 

Black pants tucked into black wrestling boots with black wristbands.

House lights slowly come down as guitar feedback fades in over the PA. The entry-way lights up in harsh white lights as soon as the rhythm kicks, revealing a wall of smoke obscuring the curtain and fogging up the stage. A shadow slowly emerges from the smoke, and as soon as the riff comes in, the stage lights come up in full display to reveal REZIN, arms held out to his sides and a sinister grin spread across his face. He slowly saunters to the ring in time with the music, occasionally doing pestering the fans at ringside to get some heat. He stops outside the ring for a moment, grin spreading wider as he lets out an ominous chuckle, then suddenly scrambles up the apron and perches himself on the top rope, glaring down at the opponent in the ring (or the audience, if he's out first), before performing a forward somersault and landing in the center of the ring, arms outstretched to the sides once again as he mugs to the camera.
