Python walks into the gym with a duffle bag over his shoulder and a big 1980s style boom box on his shoulder. He walks past Tucker G. Alston, and give him a big shit eating smirk. He sets up the boombox and drops the duffle. He starts to rummage through the bag and looks up at Alston.

Python:
You ready?

Python finds what he was looking for, a black afro wig. He puts it on his head and looks over to Alston with the same grin on his face.

Tucker G. Alston:
What are you doi…

Python cuts off Alston by hitting play and having “Gonna Fly Now” blasting through the very old and beat up speakers.

CUT TO:

Python and Alston jogging down the Jersey Shore in sweats. A flock of seagulls take off in the background.

CUT TO:

Alston working on a speed bag, but having some issues keeping up the pace. Python steps in and shows him to keep his movements small and precise.

CUT TO:

Both men bouncing around in front of a full length mirror. Alston clearly having trouble with the rhythm while Python has no issues.

CUT TO:

Back to the shore. This time both men are sprinting during the sunrise. Python is well ahead of the struggling Alston. Near the finish line, Python turns around and runs backwards, still beating Alston to the line.

CUT TO:

Both men in the ring, bouncing around in a circle. Again Alston is having issues, while Python  does it with ease.

CUT TO:

Alston is back on the speed bag, starting to get better at it.

CUT TO:

A pool. Alston is doing a freestyle stroke. He reaches the end of the pool.

Python:
Good. Five more laps.

Alston turns and starts down to the other end of the pool. This time doing the butterfly.

CUT TO:

Alston and Python back in the ring bouncing around in a circle. This time Alston is keeping up with Python.

CUT TO:

Python holding handbags, Alston jabbing away at them in the ring. He finishes the routine and Python relaxes a moment. Alston takes this moment to get a quick jab at Python’s stomach.

CUT TO:

The two men are back at the beach. They take off running. Alston struggling but is keeping up with Python at the start.

A longer shot, Alston is bouncing in sync with Python. Both men are very sweaty.

Sunrise. Both men running. From the view, it appears that Python is clearly a step or two ahead. Both men are struggling.

Alston in the ring, moving around with ease. He is much faster than he was before. He continues to move for a couple more jukes and jives and stops. He then pops over to Python who is standing in the corner. They high five.

CUT TO:

Alston on the speed bag. Now very fast and with ease.

CUT TO:

Close up of Python, still in his afro wig. He is smiling and gives Alston the thumbs up.

Alston swimming again. Butterfly. He reaches the end of the pool, launches up, grabs Python by the shirt and pulls him into the pool.

Slow mo close up of both men’s thighs. Why? Cause we did it before. From the angle it appears that Alston may have taken the lead.

Alston, his arm extended high above him, still in Python’s embrace. A big grin on his face.
