Mathias sneaks behind some shrubbery in front of the hospital as he tries desperately to get a good vantage point.

Mathias:
Come on, you sucker. I bought these binoculars for a reason.

He peers through the glass oculus to find none other than Chaz, doing his daily rounds on the third floor of the hospital.

Mathias:
Gotcha. I’m not going to let you get away so easily this time. I’m going to find out why you booked my personal trainer. I know you’re not that innocent!

Mathias watches intently as Chaz, oblivious, goes about his business. Chaz even stops to speak with Sara which causes Mathias’ heart to immediately sink. He begins connecting the dots.

Mathias:
So Sara knows Chaz and now Chaz knows both Codee and myself. Damn. This isn’t good. It’s only a matter of time before it all gets sorted out.

Mathias shudders as he sees Sara look his way out of the window. He calmly slouches down and realizes he’s much too far away and covered by tons of greenery in order to be seen.

Mathias:
Heh, silly me. I am smarter than this.

He wipes some panic sweat from his brow before going back to his binoculars but alas, Sara and Chaz have moved onto a different room.

Mathias:
Maybe that’s enough for one day.

Quietly and confidently, Mathias stows his binoculars and checks the surrounding area suspiciously before strutting down the street.

Mathias:
They’re oblivious. They don’t know anything that is really going on.

As Mathias leaves the area, a shadowy figure looms in the park beside the hospital. The womanly figure clutches a knife to her chest as she advances on Mathias’ location.

After the credits...

A warm blue backdrop and black leather stool sits in front of a studio camera. Slowly, Teresa Ames walks into view and takes a seat.

Teresa Ames:
Hi there, I’m Teresa Ames. You might know me as a professional wrestler with DEFIANCE or the starring actress on this very show, Ready, Ames, Fire.

She adjusts her posture and clasps her hands seriously.

Teresa Ames:
I just wanted to take the time to say thank you to everyone who has supported me during the production of this project. It has meant so much to me and I’m really excited to announce that season two will air later this fall on all your favorite networks. What will end up happening? Will Teresa and Mathias go on a dinner date with JC and Vickie? Will Chaz piece it together and spill the beans? Who was stalking Mathias at the end of season one? Side note, stalking is a real issue in society that must be addressed and taken seriously.
