Hero Meets Hero

Christian Light pays tribute to a local Pennsylvania hero.
By now many of you have heard the story of Temar Boggs, the 15-year-old young man who successfully chased down a kidnapper's car on bike and returned a kidnapped 5-year-old girl to her parents.
Christian Light had heard too, and he recently made a personal appearance to thank the young Lancaster hero,
And he didn't come empty handed.
Christian revealed that he and Defiance Wrestling, in recognition of Temar's heroism, started an education savings account for young Temar and deposited $10,000 into it, for which the young man was very grateful.
When I talked to him, Christian had the following to say about the situation:
Every day that we turn on the news, we hear about all the bad that's going on in the world, but so rarely do we hear about a young man who was raised the right way and made the choice to be a hero...a true hero. Temar is one such individual, and while I know he didn't do it for personal gain, DEFIANCE and I agree that he should be rewarded for doing the right thing and potentially saving a young girl's life.
We need more people like Temar in our daily lives.
