Half-Japanese, half-Caucasian. Brown eyes, black hair in the â€"Dan Levy” style. Well-toned physique. 
Gimmick
The Heir Apparent, the Crown Prince of Kicks, and member of Les Enfants Terrible, Kaz is confident in his abilities and has the talent to back it up, despite only having a handful of years of wrestling experience. He can talk a big game when the spotlights are on him, but generally speaking he’s affable, outgoing, humble, and protective of his family and friends. He doesn’t have the quick wit that his parents (PRIME Hall of Famers Lindsay Troy and Tyler Rayne) are known for, instead having a more dry, no-nonsense sense of humor.

Mid-thigh purple and gold MMA shorts with his initials in script underneath a crown on one of the legs. Matching boots/kickpads. Black leather jacket with â€"Heir Apparent” airbrushed on the back in similar colors and font as on his trunks.
