Breaking news for multiple matches that have just been made official for DEFtv 225 coming off an explosive edition of DEFtv 224! 

Now that Brock Newbludd has successfully defended the Southern Heritage Championship against one of the Familia’s Golden Children in Dan Leo James, he now takes on “The Man of the House” Uriel Cortez at Acts of DEFIANCE! The friendship between the Saturday Night Specials and Titanes Familia (then Los Tres Titanes) goes back years when the two teams were in the trenches against Tom Morrow and his Better Future Talent Agency, but those days are long gone!

After a surprise assault by the Familia during a Southern Heritage Title match on DEFtv 222 between Newbludd and Cassidy, Cortez called the attack “tough love” and did it to “help his friends out”.Uriel Cortez wasted no time issuing the challenge for the title, stating his recent actions have been to help both SNS and the Familia. Brock Newbludd, ever the fighting champion, accepted his challenge without hesitation in spite of a number of things splitting his time between Hollywood projects, his friendship with Cassidy and his non-stop schedule! Will The DIeHard DEFIANT retain his title once again or will Papa Tez bring the title home to the Familia in the name of friendship?!

In addition to Brock Newbludd accepting Uriel Cortez’s challenge for the Southern Heritage Title at Acts of DEFIANCE, two more matches have been made featuring enemies made by Titanes Familia! After weeks of taunting Newbludd’s tag partner and best friend, Pat Cassidy, for his recent issues both in and out of the ring with an alter ego called "Crash Out" Pat Cassidy, Titaness now finds herself going one-on-one against “Black Out” Pat Cassidy! Titaness will also have Pat’s sister and fellow Titanes Familia member, Siofra, at ringside! While Titaness has pledged that the jokes have been in jest to make him a better man, Pat (nor anyone else with working eyes) has seen it that way and he’ll be looking for payback for the Familia’s recent actions! 

Before we get there for these matches, a blockbuster tag team match has been signed for DEFtv 225! Brock Newbludd and Pat Cassidy aka The Saturday Night Specials will take on the husband-and-wife team of Uriel Cortez and Titaness! Who will get the proverbial last word in before we reach Acts of DEFIANCE?!

After the betrayal of OSCAR BURNS by “The GLOAT” Mil Vueltas and Dan Leo James at MAXDEF, Mil Vueltas will now have to answer for his crimes when he goes one-on-one with “DEFIANCE Himself” OSCAR BURNS! After spending weeks injuring the remaining members of the GC Universe in Aaron King and FLEX, Mil Vueltas and DLJ have been calling themselves big heroes in DEFIANCE! But at DEFtv 224, OSCAR BURNS attacked Mil Vueltas and chased the self-professed “DEFIANCE’s Biggest Hero” out of the arena! Will DEFIANCE Himself have the last laugh or will DEFIANCE’s Biggest Hero have an ace up his sleeve?!

And finally, after the brutal Unified Tag Team Title match on DEFtv 223 ended in a double disqualification by both teams, a sitdown interview took place on DEFtv 224 between both teams mutually agreeing to a rematch!  The defending champions Rain City Ronin will do battle against The Lads and there must be a winner! Dex Joy is one title away from completing the Grand Slam in DEFIANCE while Punch Drunk Purcell wants his first taste of gold! To make history, the Lads will have to go through arguably the winningest team going today in DEFIANCE! Recently winning the coveted Milo Flynn Cup in St. Paul, MN, RCR have been unstoppable! Will they continue their winning ways or will Dexy and Punchy find a way to make history?!
