The following statement has been authorized by my client, James Witherhold, for immediate release in regards to the recent question concerning sale and donation contributions raised on DEFTV146 (Night One):

Ladies,

It is with great joy that I write this letter in the spirit of the recent holiday. 

As you are aware, 24K’s hosting of Christmas (24Kristmas) was a complete and total success. Although production expense exceeded expectations- viewership was easily high enough that future advertisement contracts may demand such an event again.

Everyone in the front office should be proud that no corrective action was taken towards our logistics needs in order to achieve this great feat. It is our full belief that the associated costs are minimal to future and current general advertising sale gains.

On behalf of the other men in 24K- everyone is welcome.

To the point-

Although not televised due to other messaging and outreach, 24K has raised over one-hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) in donations via sales in merchandise both at home, in the DEFplex, and other methods during the 24Kristmas Special.

A true testament to the (24)Kristmas Spirit.

24K has already decided that twenty-four thousand dollars ($24,000) will be immediately sent to Saint Jude as they work diligently to help disabled children. A cause we greatly stand behind and wish many on the roster had access to earlier in life given their current capacity.

Furthermore, we are on the cusp of donating another tentative ten-thousand dollars ($10,000) to  install plaques of “Manly Motivation” inside various Mayo Clinic’s to inspire others to push, strive, and especially for men suffering; that they continue to aspire to be the men we know they should be.

Of course, this is simply a proposal and if the selected Mayo Clinic’s were to deny our request those funds will be appropriated accordingly.

Per our recent conversation via phone call on December 28th, 2020 at 3:15PM Central Standard Time- there are administrative costs. Per discussion with consuel, these expenses are normal as the Witherhold Foundation does have overhead as much as we try to limit those expenses.

Overall, we are very proud of the viewer audience delivered, donations received, and other aspects associated with the 24Kristmas.
